• The Development of premix of Erlotinib was done by Murli Krishna Pharma with the aim of overcoming:Poor bio-availability owing to poor solubility and reduction in toxicity through matrix based encapsulation.
• The granules are ready for compression. The strength of the granules is 50% w/w. The granules can be employed for compression of tablets having the following strength: 50 mg/tablet (Tablet weight 100 mg) 100 mg/tablet (tablet weight 200 mg) and 150 mg/tablet (tablet weight 300 mg).

• Esomeprazole is the chiral form of omeprazole. The product is manufactured as enteric coated pellets by aqueous technology to match with Innovator without use of organic solvent.
• The product developed is comparable with innovator with respect to dissolution profile of the marketed product.
• The quality of the pellets is based on the in-vitro dissolution test besides the assay and the impurity profile. The time dissolution values are direct measures of the coating efficiency and hence optimum therapeutic efficacy as it has a co-relation with in-vivo behaviors.

Lansoprazole is a second-generation proton pump inhibitor and is one of the blockbuster molecule that is used in the treatment of ulcers.

• Release pattern compared with innovator -Prevacid delayed-release capsules and Prevacid solutab delayed-release orally disintegrating tablets.
• A comparative dissolution was conducted for Lansoprazole capsules of Murli Krishna Pharma and prevacid capsules which compare favorably.
• The focal intent of the MKPPL was to develop a stable; pharmaceutically equivalent, robust and delayed release micro pellet formulation of Lansoprazole for both capsule and orally disintegrating tablets.

• Mebeverine is an antispasmodic medicine which is taken to relieve bloating and cramp pain in the lower abdomen. These symptoms are commonly associated with the gastrointestinal condition called irritable bowel syndrome.
