Pantoprazole is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a condition in which backward flow of acid from the stomach causes heartburn and injury of the food pipe (esophagus). It is also used to treat conditions where the stomach produces too much acid, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Rabeprazole is an oral drug that is used for the treatment of conditions caused by acid. It is in a class of drugs called proton pump inhibitors or PPIs which block the production of acid by the stomach.

Sirolimus (initially known as Rapamycin) is a macrolide antibiotic with immunosuppressant properties. It is typically used to prevent rejection of organ transplantations especially in kidney transplants. • Release pattern compared with innovator Flomax.
• MKPPL objective is to develop Tamsulosin hydrochloride SR pellets by aqueous phase and pellets developed by aqueous technology had better advantage of avoiding the use of organic solvents.
• In case of fluid bed coater, to achieve the desired sustained release profile equivalent to innovator, MKPPL drug loaded pellets will be coated with polymers, either single polymer or in combination with different ratios.
• In case of extrusion Spheronization, Tamsulosin hydrochloride SR pellets can be develop by preparing wet mass of API & Excipients.

Venlafaxine SR Pellets – Suitable for filling in 37.5mg, 75mg & 150mg Capsules

• MKPPL has developed venlafaxine pellets equivalent to innovator product Effexor-XR using aqueous technology.
• Venlafaxine pellets were formulated using the technique of extrusion and Spheronization. Extrusion eliminates dust during formulation and yields high quality pellets.
• Sustain release polymer coating is applied to control the release of drug for extended period of time.
